Develops a singular visual language born from the union of impressionistic abstraction and a profound poetic and spiritual quest. In his works, black forms on white backgrounds become vibrational presences sensitive traces in which the gesture captures the energy of movement and silence.
Stripped down and meditative, his practice questions the boundary between the visible and the invisible, allowing compositions to emerge that evoke the memory of sound, the breathing of time, and a spirituality embodied in matter.

Creative process where art and matter meet in a sensitive dialogue. Inspired by the cultural and musical heritage that symbolizes the Oud, the artist explores in his works the evocative power of this ancestral instrument, transposing its sounds into visual forms.
Each creation is born from a careful research around textures, lines and resonances. SØNGE begins by observing the vibrations and rhythms specific to the oud, which he then translates into pictorial or sculptural gestures. The curves of the instrument, its sound depth and its silences thus become plastic motifs, between abstraction and figuration.
