PAINTING IN MOTION
My collaboration with Clouded Souls, an electro-rock duo based in Rennes, explores the dialogue between sound and visual expression.
Through live painting, I translate musical vibrations, rhythms, and gestures into spontaneous visual forms. The canvas becomes a space of interaction where sound influences movement and painting evolves in response to the energy of the performance.
This experience extends my exploration of painting as a sensory process, revealing how music, movement, and matter can converge to create a shared artistic experience.

PAINTING IN MOTION
Live Painting Performance — Mimétique Art Gallery, Rennes, France
An immersive moment where painting and music come together in a spontaneous act of creation. Guided by sound, rhythm and emotion, SØNGE paints in the present moment, allowing each gesture to respond to the vibrations of live music.
Between improvisation and intuition, the canvas becomes a space of dialogue between movement, sound and colour. Each brushstroke captures an ephemeral energy, transforming an experience that unfolds in real time into a visual expression.
Through this live painting performance, SØNGE explores the connection between artistic disciplines, where music becomes movement, emotion becomes matter, and creation emerges from the intensity of the moment.
