Created through the use of black acrylic, Metamorphosis explores the expressive potential of material through a minimalist approach. By reducing colour to its essence, SØNGE places the focus on texture, gesture, contrast and the physical presence of the material.

Within this visual simplicity, the surface becomes a space for transformation. Each mark, trace and variation reveals a dialogue between control and spontaneity, presence and absence, simplicity and complexity.

Through this process of reduction, SØNGE seeks to reveal the richness hidden within the material itself, exploring how a limited palette and minimal gestures can give rise to an intense and evolving visual language.
